Understanding Your Rights as a Consumer
Navigating insurance claims can be tough. Especially when facing unfair practices. If you’ve hit a wall with your claim, it’s crucial to speak up. That’s where we come in. Follow the 3 steps below to file a complaint with the Indiana DOI:

Customer Consent: Have every customer sign the “IABA 3rd Party DOI Complaint Form”

Fill in the IDOI Provider Complaint Form. It’s critical in making your case.
- 3Submit & Track: Submit the complaint with supporting documents to the IDOI. Save copies for when you discuss the case with an IDOI representative.
